However, we are required to provide terms and conditions, which are detailed in the following below. By reading this, you accept our Terms and Conditions stated, if you do not agree then unfortunately you should exit the website.

You should take note of our Terms and Conditions prior to making a purchase on our site. We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning or prior notice.

 

ORDERS

Once you have placed an order the team will check and then carefully package your order and post to the address you have specified during the order process. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We encourage you to double check the postal address before completing your payment.

 

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made through PayPal, which is a secure way of paying or via a debit card. PayPal will accept Visa, Delta, Electron, EuroCard, Master Card and Maestro Card on our behalf. Please take note we do not accept cheques as a form of payment. Orders will be dispatched once full payment has been received, non-payment will result in cancelation of order.

 

DELIVERY

WAXIFISCENTS uses Royal mail to deliver your parcel. Our delivery charges are based on size and weight of your parcel. If Royal mail are unable to deliver your parcel and you fail to collect from the PO, it may be returned to Waxifiscents. If that happens and you require your parcel to be resent out, we would have to charge higher postage as we would have been charged for the return to us.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

The team at Waxifiscents will carefully check every product to ensure of the highest standards have been met on every item prior to despatch, Should you however receive any item that doesn’t not meet your satisfaction, you must contact us within 48 hours. Please contact us on our email address info@waxifiscents.com and someone will contact you within 48 hours to discuss options with you. When contacting us please provide your contact details and order reference number. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our customers experience is very important to us and we aim to make your online shopping expedition as fun and enjoyable as possible.

Unfortunately, we understand that things can go wrong, if you are not satisfied at any time with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. If the product has been damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund to you.

To initiate a return, please contact info@waxifiscents in the first instance with a list of items to return, the order number and the reason for return. We aim to process any request within 5 working days.

You must pay the return postage cost. We will not refund any items lost in the post or not delivered to us. Make sure your items are securely wrapped; it is your responsibility to ensure returned items are resalable.

Please allow up to one week upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs) or exchange made.

Waxifiscents will respect customer privacy at all times and we will never share you information with a third party. Your confidence is guaranteed.

As part of the order process, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone numbersm email addresses and payment details.

Should you provide us with an email address at any time, we will store that information in our customer database. We reserve the right to contact you until you ask us to stop. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact info@waxifiscents.com to ask to be removed. Please take note that we will remove as soon as possible thereafter.
